The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method based on 25 minutes of focused work,
followed by a
short break of 5 minutes. After four of these cycles, take a longer break between 15 and 30 minutes
(here it's set for 20 minutes).
Choose a session and click "Start".
Use "Pause" to stop the stopwatch.
Press "Reset" to set the stopwatch back to the start of the session.
